LG G Pad X 8.0 is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300, with a 63.5 score against 54.5. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad X 8.0 has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2 version. The LG G Pad X 8.0 is a notably newer tablet device, and it's also way thinner and notably lighter than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
LG G Pad X 8.0 has a better display than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot greater pixel amount per screen inch. The LG G Pad X 8.0 has just a bit better performance than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and more RAM memory.
Asus Transformer Pad 300 shoots much clearer photos and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has a back camera with a lot higher 8 MP resolution. Asus Transformer Pad 300 features a bit bigger memory for games and applications than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a very superior battery life than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
