Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is better than Asus Transformer Pad 300, with a score of 62.7 against 54.5. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a just a little lighter and a little bit thinner portable tablet than the Asus Transformer Pad 300, even though both of them were released with only 7 months difference. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an older 4.0 version while Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a screen that's just as good as the Asus Transformer Pad 300 one, both of them have a screen of the same size, the same pixels density and the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution. Asus Transformer Pad 300 features a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a CPU that is very similar to Asus Transformer Pad 300's processor, and although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has lesser cores (although faster) and a slower 400 megahertz GPU, they both have the same RAM memory amount. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a way higher 8 mega pixels resolution camera.
