The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300, getting a general score of 64.8 against 54.5. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has an older 4.0.4 version while Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a lighter and much thinner tablet than Asus Transformer Pad 300, even though both were only released with a couple months difference.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a much better display than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a really smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 also counts with a better pixel density. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has a much better 416 MHz graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores (but slower).

The Asus Transformer Pad 300 counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a way better (Full HD) video quality and a camera in the back with a way better 8 mega-pixels resolution. Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a much better memory for games and applications than Asus Transformer Pad 300, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a much longer battery duration than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
