The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a sharper display than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a way better amount of pixels per display inch.

The Asus Transformer Pad 300 counts with a bit more memory for games and applications than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage.
