Apple iPad mini 3 has a global score of 77.4, which is a lot better than Asus Transformer Prime's score of 54.8. The Apple iPad mini 3 comes with iOS 8.x operating system, and Asus Transformer Prime counts with Android 4.0.3 operating system. Apple iPad mini 3's construction is notably newer, thinner and incredibly lighter than the Asus Transformer Prime.
Apple iPad mini 3 features an incredibly better display than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a lot more pixels per inch of display. IPad mini 3 counts with a quite superior hardware performance than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has an inferior number of 1300 MHz cores, and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the iPad mini 3 also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an additional GPU.
Apple iPad mini 3 has a much greater storage for games and applications than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Apple iPad mini 3 has a much better battery performance than Asus Transformer Prime. IPad mini 3 costs a little more money than the Asus Transformer Prime, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
