The iPad 4 has a general score of 70.6, which is way better than Asus Transformer Prime's global score of 56.3. The iPad 4 has iOS 7.x OS, and Asus Transformer Prime works with Android 4.0.3 OS. IPad 4's construction is a little bit thinner but somewhat heavier than Asus Transformer Prime. Apple iPad 4 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has less processing cores , and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Apple iPad 4 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
