Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition is a bit better than the Asus VivoTab 8, getting a general score of 60.4 against 55.6. Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2 OS, and Asus VivoTab 8 has Windows 8.1 OS. The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition construction has the same thickness than Asus VivoTab 8, but it is heavier.

The Asus VivoTab 8 features a little better performance than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more CPU cores.
