Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is a lot better than Asus VivoTab 8's overall score of 55.6. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system, and Asus VivoTab 8 has Windows 8.1 operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 construction is somewhat thinner but just a little bit heavier than the Asus VivoTab 8.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a little bit better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab 8, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has an extra GPU. Asus VivoTab 8 counts with a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0. They have a same size display, a greater pixels count in each inch of screen and the same 1280 x 800 resolution.
