Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a general score of 60.8, which is just a bit better than Asus VivoTab's global score of 57.5. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with Android 4.2.2 OS, while Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 OS. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a newer and a lot lighter tablet than the Asus VivoTab, but it's just a bit thicker.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a much better display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixels number per screen inch and a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 and Asus VivoTab have similar memory for applications and games, and although the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has no SD card slot, they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a little better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a worse 450 MHz graphics processing unit, and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also counts with a greater number of faster cores. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's battery life is very similar to the Asus VivoTab one.
