Comparison review

Google Pixel Slate has a general score of 79.3, which is a lot better than the Asus VivoTab's 57.5 general score. The Google Pixel Slate design is noticeably newer and thinner, but just a little heavier than Asus VivoTab. Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS operating system, and Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 operating system.

Google Pixel Slate features a much better screen than Asus VivoTab, because it has a lot higher resolution of 3000 x 2000px, a little bit bigger screen and a lot greater pixel count per inch of display. Google Pixel Slate counts with a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus VivoTab, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

Asus VivoTab counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has 14 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 2 cores, the Asus VivoTab also counts with a graphics co-processor. Asus VivoTab and Google Pixel Slate have really similar battery performance.

The Google Pixel Slate has a way better camera than Asus VivoTab. Both of them have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, a back-facing camera with an 8 MP resolution and the same video frame rates.

Google Pixel Slate costs a lot more than the Asus VivoTab, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
