Comparison review
The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) is a bit better than Asus VivoTab, getting a 61.9 score against 57.5. Both of these devices include Windows operating system, but the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) has newer 8.1 version and Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) is a somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter portable tablet than the Asus VivoTab.
The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Asus VivoTab, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) also counts with 2 more CPU cores (although they are slower) and a 64 bits CPU.
The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) features an incredibly better screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen. The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) captures much clearer videos and photos than Asus VivoTab. Both have a 8 mega pixels back-facing camera.
Asus VivoTab features a little bit better memory to install applications and games than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) has a really longer battery performance than Asus VivoTab.
Although Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Windows) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus VivoTab. If you want to save some money, you can get Asus VivoTab, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
