Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition is a bit better than the Asus VivoTab, getting a 60.4 score against 57.5. Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2 OS, and Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 OS. Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition's design is noticeably lighter but just a bit thicker than Asus VivoTab, and both were only released 7 months apart.
The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition counts with a brighter screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a much smaller screen and a quite lower 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen. Asus VivoTab has a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab also has a faster GPU running at 533 megahertz and a higher amount of RAM.
The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a bit better camera than Asus VivoTab, although it has a back facing camera with much less megapixels resolution and a way worse 1280x720 video quality.
