Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a little bit better than Asus VivoTab, with a 62.7 score against 57.5. Even though the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and the Asus VivoTab were released only 4 months apart, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 construction is thicker but lighter. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has Android 4.0 OS, and Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 OS.
Asus VivoTab features a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have 2 CPU cores, the Asus VivoTab also has more RAM and a much better GPU running at 533 MHz. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a slightly better looking screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 800 x 1280px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
The Asus VivoTab has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels. Asus VivoTab counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 costs a lot more than the Asus VivoTab, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
