Apple iPod Touch (2019) has a score of 66.9, which is a bit better than Asus VivoTab RT's 61 global score. The Apple iPod Touch (2019) works with iOS 13.x OS, while Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT OS. Apple iPod Touch (2019) is a a lot newer tablet, and it is also a lot lighter and notably thinner than Asus VivoTab RT.
IPod Touch (2019) has a bit more powerful processing unit than Asus VivoTab RT. Both have the same number of cores. The iPod Touch (2019) has an incredibly better display than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 640 x 1136px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixel density.
Apple iPod Touch (2019) features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Apple iPod Touch (2019) captures much better videos and photos than Asus VivoTab RT, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs and/or video in low-light situations, they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rate.
IPod Touch (2019) has a battery lifetime that's very similar to Asus VivoTab RT's battery lifetime.
The iPod Touch (2019) costs a lot more than Asus VivoTab RT, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
