Comparison review
Asus ZenPad Z8 is a bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a general score of 61.9 against 60.8. The Asus ZenPad Z8 design is much newer, just a bit lighter and thinner than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has just a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenPad Z8, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a much better looking screen than Asus ZenPad Z8, although it has a little bit inferior pixel count in each inch of display, a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a quite smaller screen. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a better memory capacity to install applications and games than Asus ZenPad Z8, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
The Asus ZenPad Z8 has a much longer battery performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. The Asus ZenPad Z8 has a greater camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
