The iPad 4 has a global score of 70.8, which is way better than the BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+'s score of 56.1. The iPad 4 design is a lot heavier but just a bit thinner than the BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, while BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+ works with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system.
The iPad 4 has a little faster CPU than BlackBerry PlayBook 3G+, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount, the iPad 4 also has a much better graphics processing unit working at 400 MHz.
