Comparison review
The iPad Air 2 has a global score of 79.3, which is way better than BlackBerry PlayBook's 54.2 overall score. IPad Air 2 counts with iOS 8.x OS, and BlackBerry PlayBook comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS. The iPad Air 2 is a way newer and much thinner tablet device than BlackBerry PlayBook, although it's a bit heavier.
IPad Air 2 counts with a much more vibrant display than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has way more pixels per screen inch, a really bigger screen and a way better 2048 x 1536px resolution. The iPad Air 2 has a better performing processor than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a 64 bits processor and a greater amount of RAM.
Apple iPad Air 2 has a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has 64 GB more internal storage. IPad Air 2 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than BlackBerry PlayBook. IPad Air 2 shoots way better pictures and videos than BlackBerry PlayBook, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the iPad Air 2 also has a lot better 8 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
The iPad Air 2 costs a lot more than BlackBerry PlayBook, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
