Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab has a global score of 57.5, which is a bit better than the BlackBerry PlayBook's global score of 54.2. The Asus VivoTab works with Windows 8 operating system, while BlackBerry PlayBook counts with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system. Although the Asus VivoTab is incredibly heavier than BlackBerry PlayBook, it's thinner and also newer.
The Asus VivoTab features a little bit better performance than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has a weaker graphics co-processor running at 533 MHz, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory. The BlackBerry PlayBook counts with a little bit better display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a really smaller display and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a better pixel density.
BlackBerry PlayBook features a little bit better camera than Asus VivoTab, although it has a lower (Full HD) video quality and a camera in the back with a lot lower resolution. The Asus VivoTab's storage to install applications and games is just as good as the BlackBerry PlayBook one, they have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
Asus VivoTab features a battery performance that's very similar to BlackBerry PlayBook's battery duration.
Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it is way more expensive than the BlackBerry PlayBook, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the BlackBerry PlayBook. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Asus VivoTab, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the BlackBerry PlayBook, letting go a couple specs and features.
