Comparison review

Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is way better than the BlackBerry PlayBook, getting a 75.8 score against 54.2. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has Android 4.4.2 OS, while BlackBerry PlayBook comes with BlackBerry Tablet OS OS. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s construction is noticeably newer and much thinner than the BlackBerry PlayBook's, but it is noticeably heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a way better screen than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has way more pixels per inch of display, a really bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560px. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a better performing CPU than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has a slower graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores.

BlackBerry PlayBook has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), although it has a worse 1920x1080 video resolution and a camera with way less mega pixels resolution. BlackBerry PlayBook features just a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a very superior battery lifetime than BlackBerry PlayBook.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) costs a lot more than the BlackBerry PlayBook, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
