Comparison review
The Dell Venue 8 Pro is a little bit better than Asus VivoTab, with a general score of 59.6 against 57.5. Dell Venue 8 Pro is a a lot lighter but just a little thicker tablet than Asus VivoTab. These tablets include Windows OS (operating system), but Dell Venue 8 Pro has 8.1 Pro version and Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 version, so it gives lots of additional features.
Dell Venue 8 Pro counts with a sharper display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 800 x 1280 and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen pixel density. The Asus VivoTab features a bit faster CPU than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has less 1.8 gigahertz cores, and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Asus VivoTab also counts with an extra GPU.
Asus VivoTab has just a bit better camera than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because it has a lot better resolution back camera. Dell Venue 8 Pro features a way bigger storage to store more games and applications than Asus VivoTab. They have equal 64 GB internal memory. The Dell Venue 8 Pro has a really longer battery life than Asus VivoTab.
Although Dell Venue 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Asus VivoTab. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Dell Venue 8 Pro, otherwise you can save some money and get the Asus VivoTab, letting go a couple specifications.
