Comparison review
The Apple iPad 3 has a score of 71.1, which is a bit better than Google Nexus 10's general score of 68.1. Apple iPad 3 counts with iOS 6.1 operating system, and Google Nexus 10 counts with Android 5.1 operating system. Even though the Apple iPad 3 is better than Google Nexus 10, we must tell that it is also a bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
The Google Nexus 10 has a little more vivid screen than iPad 3, because it has a quite bigger display, a quite better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a bit greater pixel amount in each inch of display. IPad 3 has a way bigger storage to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 10, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Google Nexus 10 features a bit better performance than iPad 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 10 also has a larger amount of RAM. Apple iPad 3 captures much better videos and photos than Google Nexus 10. Both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the same video frame rate and a back facing camera with a 5 mega pixels.
IPad 3 counts with superior battery duration than Google Nexus 10, because it has a 11560mAh battery size against 9000mAh.
Although iPad 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 10. So if you want that extra features, you can buy iPad 3, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Google Nexus 10, resigning a couple specs and features.
