Comparison review
IPad 4 is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 10, getting a global score of 70.8 against 68.1. The iPad 4 has iOS 7.x OS, while Google Nexus 10 comes with Android 5.1 OS. IPad 4's construction is a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier than the Google Nexus 10. The Google Nexus 10 has just a bit better display than iPad 4, because it has a little greater amount of pixels in each inch in the display, a slightly higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a quite larger screen.
The iPad 4 has a bit superior CPU than Google Nexus 10, because although it has less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the iPad 4 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The iPad 4 counts with a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because it has 96 GB more internal storage.
IPad 4 shoots better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 10. Both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video quality and a back camera with a 5 mega pixels. Google Nexus 10 counts with a really longer battery life than iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 10. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Google Nexus 10, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
