Comparison review
The Google Pixel Slate has a global score of 79.3, which is better than the Google Nexus 10's 68.1 general score. The Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS OS, and Google Nexus 10 counts with Android 5.1 OS. Even though the Google Pixel Slate is heavier than Google Nexus 10, it's somewhat thinner and also noticeably newer.
The Google Nexus 10 has a little bit better looking display than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a bit worse 1600 x 2560 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen. The Google Pixel Slate features a little better performance than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Google Pixel Slate also has 14 GB more RAM memory.
Google Pixel Slate has a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Google Nexus 10, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Google Pixel Slate counts with a lot better camera than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Google Pixel Slate also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.
Google Nexus 10 features a very superior battery life than Google Pixel Slate.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Nexus 10. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel Slate, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Nexus 10, letting go a couple specs and features.
