The Google Nexus 10 has a global score of 68.1, which is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 global score. The Google Nexus 10 is a noticeably older, incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. Both tablets in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 10 has the previous 5.1 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Google Nexus 10 features a more vivid screen than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, a just a bit higher pixel density and a larger display.
