Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is slightly better than Google Nexus 7, with a 60.8 score against 59.3. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has older 4.2.2 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 construction is newer, somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter than the Google Nexus 7.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a bit better processing power than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has a higher amount of RAM and a faster GPU working at 450 MHz.
