Comparison review
The Apple iPad 4 has a general score of 70.8, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's 59.3 global score. Apple iPad 4's design is just a little thinner but way heavier than the Google Nexus 7. Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x operating system, and Google Nexus 7 comes with Android 5.1 operating system. Apple iPad 4 features a little sharper display than Google Nexus 7, because it has a way bigger screen, a little more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1536 x 2048px resolution.
The Apple iPad 4 features a processing unit that's very similar to the CPU in Google Nexus 7, and although the Apple iPad 4 has a slower 400 MHz GPU and an inferior number of cores , they both have a 1 GB RAM. The iPad 4 features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 7, because it has more internal storage.
Google Nexus 7 has a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPad 4. Apple iPad 4 takes way better photos and videos than Google Nexus 7.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the iPad 4, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Google Nexus 7, letting go some specs and features.
