Comparison review
The Google Nexus 10 has a score of 68.1, which is better than Google Nexus 7's 59.3 global score. Although Google Nexus 10 and Google Nexus 7 were released only 4 months apart, the Google Nexus 10 construction is incredibly heavier but thinner. Both tablets in our current comparison use the same Android 5.1 OS (operating system).
The Google Nexus 10 features a bit better display than Google Nexus 7, because it has a lot bigger screen, a greater display pixels density and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution. Google Nexus 7 counts with a little bit better processing power than Google Nexus 10, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a higher number of cores (although they are slower).
The Google Nexus 10 captures much better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 7. Google Nexus 10 counts with as much storage capacity to install games and applications as the Google Nexus 7 one, both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity. Google Nexus 10 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7, because it has a 9000mAh battery size against 4325mAh.
The Google Nexus 10 costs a lot more money than Google Nexus 7, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
