HTC Jetstream is a little bit better than the Google Nexus 7, having a overall score of 63.6 against 59.3. Even being the best in this comparison review, HTC Jetstream's body is older, somewhat thicker and heavier than Google Nexus 7. These tablets use Android OS, but the HTC Jetstream has the previous 3.1 version and Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version.
The Google Nexus 7 features a slightly better display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen density and a slightly higher 800 x 1280px resolution. The Google Nexus 7 has just a bit better processing power than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Google Nexus 7 also has a better GPU working at 416 megahertz and a greater number of cores (although slower).
The HTC Jetstream counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the HTC Jetstream also has a SD card slot that supports up to 32 GB. HTC Jetstream has a superior battery life than Google Nexus 7, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4325mAh.
The HTC Jetstream has a very superior camera than Google Nexus 7.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Nexus 7. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the HTC Jetstream, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Google Nexus 7, letting go some features and specs.
