Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has an overall score of 62.6, which is just a bit better than Google Nexus 7's 59.3 general score. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 construction is heavier but somewhat thinner than the Google Nexus 7, and they were only released with a few months difference. These tablets work with Android OS, but Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has the older 4.0 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version.

Google Nexus 7 counts with a slightly better display than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a bit better pixel density. The Google Nexus 7 has a bit better performance than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a weaker GPU, and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with 2 more processing cores.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 counts with a very superior camera than Google Nexus 7.
