Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a global score of 60.8, which is a bit better than the Google Nexus 7's global score of 59.3. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an older 4.1.2 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is an older and a bit heavier tablet device than the Google Nexus 7, but Samsung managed to make it just a little bit thinner anyway.
Google Nexus 7 has a sharper display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a same size screen, the Google Nexus 7 also has a greater pixels density and a higher 800 x 1280 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 64 GB.
Google Nexus 7 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Google Nexus 7 also has a graphics processor and a larger number of cores. The Google Nexus 7 features a little longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has 4325mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 7. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Nexus 7, giving up a couple specifications.
