Comparison review
Google Nexus 7 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab, with a 59.3 score against 58.6. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 7 has newer 5.1 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3. The Google Nexus 7 body is newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab.
Google Nexus 7 has a quite superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has an additional graphics co-processor, a higher amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. The Google Nexus 7 features a better looking display than Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a same size display, the Google Nexus 7 also has a higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and more pixels per screen inch.
Samsung Galaxy Tab has a way better camera than Google Nexus 7. The Google Nexus 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab both count with really similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have the same internal storage. Google Nexus 7 has a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has 4325mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Google Nexus 7 is not only the best tablets in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest, making this tablet a great choice.
