Google Nexus 7 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab, with a 59.3 score against 58.6. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 7 has newer 5.1 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3. The Google Nexus 7 body is newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab.

Google Nexus 7 has a quite superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has an additional graphics co-processor, a higher amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.
