The Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is much better than Acer Iconia W511's global score of 59.5. Google Pixel Slate is a somewhat thinner but incredibly heavier tablet device than the Acer Iconia W511. The Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS OS, and Acer Iconia W511 comes with Windows 8 Pro OS.
The Google Pixel Slate features a bit better hardware performance than Acer Iconia W511, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Google Pixel Slate also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Google Pixel Slate features a slightly better looking screen than Acer Iconia W511, because it has a lot higher amount of pixels per inch in the display, a much better 3000 x 2000 resolution and a larger screen.
Google Pixel Slate features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Acer Iconia W511, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Acer Iconia W511 has a much better battery life than Google Pixel Slate.
The Google Pixel Slate shoots a lot better photos and videos than Acer Iconia W511. Both of them have a back camera with an 8 mega-pixels.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Acer Iconia W511, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Acer Iconia W511. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel Slate, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Acer Iconia W511, letting go a couple features and specifications.
