Comparison review
The Google Pixel Slate has an overall score of 79.3, which is much better than Asus VivoTab RT's 61 general score. The Google Pixel Slate construction is notably newer and thinner, but much heavier than Asus VivoTab RT. Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS operating system, and Asus VivoTab RT comes with Windows RT operating system.
Google Pixel Slate features a much better looking screen than Asus VivoTab RT, because it has a larger screen, a much higher 3000 x 2000 resolution and much more pixels per screen inch. The Google Pixel Slate has a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Google Pixel Slate counts with a little bit better performance than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with 14 GB more RAM memory. Google Pixel Slate features a much better camera than Asus VivoTab RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video quality and a 8 mega-pixels back camera, the Google Pixel Slate also has a larger camera aperture to capture better captures in low-light environments.
Asus VivoTab RT has a battery duration that's very similar to the Google Pixel Slate one.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Asus VivoTab RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus VivoTab RT. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Google Pixel Slate, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Asus VivoTab RT, letting go a couple features and specs.
