Comparison review
The Google Pixel Slate has a general score of 79.3, which is much better than Google Nexus 10's general score of 68.1. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS OS, and Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 OS. Although the Google Pixel Slate is somewhat heavier than the Google Nexus 10, it's thinner and much newer.
The Google Nexus 10 counts with just a bit better screen than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a quite lower 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater pixels count per inch of screen. The Google Pixel Slate counts with a little faster CPU than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have 2 CPU cores, the Google Pixel Slate also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Google Pixel Slate has a lot better camera than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel Slate also has a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution. The Google Pixel Slate features a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 10, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
Google Nexus 10 counts with a much better battery performance than Google Pixel Slate.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Nexus 10. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, else you can save some dollars and buy the Google Nexus 10, resigning a couple features and specifications.
