Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS operating system, while Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus comes with Android 4.1.2 operating system. Although Google Pixel Slate is a lot heavier than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, it's incredibly thinner and also a lot newer.

The Google Pixel Slate counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a lot bigger screen, a much greater pixels count per display inch and a much better resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels.
