Comparison review
The Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is much better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's general score of 57.6. Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS OS, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The Google Pixel Slate design is extremely newer and a bit thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
Google Pixel Slate counts with a little sharper screen than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a just a bit more pixels per screen inch, a lot larger screen and a much higher 3000 x 2000px resolution. The Google Pixel Slate has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a little bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with more CPU cores. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's camera is very similar to the camera in Google Pixel Slate, and although the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos and video, they both have the same video resolution, a same resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rates.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a really longer battery life than Google Pixel Slate.
The Google Pixel Slate costs a lot more than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
