Comparison review
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has an overall score of 54, which is slightly better than HP Slate 8 Pro's general score of 50. Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 is a much lighter but a little thicker tablet than HP Slate 8 Pro. Both tablets in this review use the same Android 4.2 OS (operating system), so both should provide the user very similar operating system features.
HP Slate 8 Pro features a sharper screen than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because it has a way higher 1200 x 1600 resolution, a little bit bigger display and more pixels per screen inch. The HP Slate 8 Pro counts with a little bit better processing power than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, they both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features just a bit bigger memory for applications and games than HP Slate 8 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 also has a SD card slot that allows up to 64 GB. Lenovo IdeaTab A3000's camera is just as good as the HP Slate 8 Pro one, although the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has a back camera with a lot worse resolution.
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a really longer battery duration than HP Slate 8 Pro.
In addition to being the best tablet in our comparison, Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 is also cheap compared to the HP Slate 8 Pro.
