Barnes & Noble Nook HD has an overall score of 41, which is slightly better than HP TouchPad's general score of 39.2. The Barnes & Noble Nook HD works with Android 4.0 operating system, while HP TouchPad counts with webOS 3.0 operating system. Barnes & Noble Nook HD is a newer device, and it's also noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner than HP TouchPad.
