The LG G Pad X 8.3 is much better than the HTC Flyer CDMA, having a score of 63.8 against 57.3. Both devices in this review use Android OS, but the LG G Pad X 8.3 has 6.0 Marshmallow version while HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3. LG G Pad X 8.3's design is newer, extremely thinner and somewhat lighter than HTC Flyer CDMA.
LG G Pad X 8.3 features a bit faster CPU than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has a greater number of 1.5 GHz cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG G Pad X 8.3 has a bit better looking screen than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has a much greater screen pixel density, a lot higher 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a bigger screen.
The HTC Flyer CDMA counts with a little bit better memory capacity to store more apps and games than LG G Pad X 8.3, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal storage. LG G Pad X 8.3 features improved battery lifetime than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity.
The LG G Pad X 8.3 shoots slightly better photos and videos than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a camera with way more megapixels.
