Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is better than HTC Flyer CDMA, getting a 64.8 score against 57.3. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 and the HTC Flyer CDMA were released with only 1 months difference, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is much thinner and noticeably lighter. Both devices in this review work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has the newer 4.0.4 version while HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3 version, so it counts with some nice extra features.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with just a little better performance than HTC Flyer CDMA, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has a graphics co-processor and 1 more cores. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a better screen than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has a little bit greater display density, a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a little larger display.
HTC Flyer CDMA takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the HTC Flyer CDMA also has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC Flyer CDMA, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has more internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with superior battery lifetime than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity.
