Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a general score of 58.8, which is a bit better than HTC Flyer CDMA's 57.3 general score. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a more recent 4.0 version and HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's body is notably thinner but just a bit heavier than the HTC Flyer CDMA, and they were only released with a few months difference.

HTC Flyer CDMA and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE have really similar CPUs, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE also has a higher number of 1500 MHz cores. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with a bit better looking screen than HTC Flyer CDMA, and although they both have the same pixels density, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE also has a higher resolution of 800 x 1280 and a larger display.

HTC Flyer CDMA features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has an external SD slot that admits up to 32 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with a much longer battery performance than HTC Flyer CDMA, because it has a 53% more battery capacity.

The HTC Flyer CDMA has a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, the HTC Flyer CDMA also has a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels.
