LG G Pad X 8.0 has an overall score of 63.5, which is slightly better than HTC Flyer's 58.7 global score. LG G Pad X 8.0's design is way newer, a lot lighter and thinner than HTC Flyer. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad X 8.0 has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, providing some extra features.
The LG G Pad X 8.0 features a little bit better hardware performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 7 more processing cores and more RAM memory. LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a bit better looking display than HTC Flyer, because it has a lot more pixels per screen inch, a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little bit bigger display.
The HTC Flyer features a much better camera than LG G Pad X 8.0. Both have a 5 MP resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video quality. HTC Flyer has a bit more storage for games and applications than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage.
LG G Pad X 8.0 has just a little better battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has 4650mAh of battery capacity.
