Comparison review

The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a global score of 60.4, which is just a bit better than HTC Flyer's global score of 58.7. The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition is a thinner and a little lighter tablet than HTC Flyer, even though both were only released with a couple of months difference. These devices use the same Android 3.2 OS, so they should provide identical OS features.

Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition counts with a processor that's very similar to the processor in HTC Flyer, because although the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a weaker 200 MHz graphics processing unit, and they both have a 1 GB RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores (but slower). Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition features just a bit better screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a larger display, a better 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a little higher pixel number in each display inch.

HTC Flyer features a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the HTC Flyer also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 32 GB. HTC Flyer features a bit better battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3900mAh.

The HTC Flyer and the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition both have very similar cameras, both of them have the same 1280x720 video definition, the same resolution camera and the same video frame rates.
