The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a general score of 69.2, which is much better than the HTC Flyer's 58.7 general score. These devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, providing a couple additional features.
