Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a general score of 69.2, which is much better than the HTC Flyer's 58.7 general score. These devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, providing a couple additional features. The Galaxy Note 8.0 construction is incredibly newer, thinner and lighter than HTC Flyer.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a quite better hardware performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a higher number of faster cores, a much better GPU working at 1064 MHz and a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a slightly better screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a little better display pixels density, a quite bigger screen and a better 800 x 1280 resolution.

HTC Flyer has a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a little better battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a 4600mAh battery size against 4000mAh.

The Galaxy Note 8.0's camera is just as good as HTC Flyer's camera, both of them have the same 1280x720 video quality, the same video frame rate and a 5 mega-pixels resolution camera.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 costs a little more than the HTC Flyer, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
