Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a bit better than HTC Flyer, getting a score of 62.7 against 58.7. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has 4.0 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, so it gives you a couple additional features. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's construction is newer and thinner than HTC Flyer's, although it's notably heavier.
The HTC Flyer features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels number in each inch of display. The HTC Flyer features a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has an external memory slot that supports up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal storage.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features just a bit better processing power than HTC Flyer, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also has a greater number of cores and a much better 400 MHz graphics co-processor. HTC Flyer captures way better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a camera with a way higher 5 mega-pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a way better battery lifetime than HTC Flyer, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC Flyer. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the HTC Flyer, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
