Comparison review

HTC Flyer is slightly better than Galaxy Tab, getting a 58.7 score against 58.6. Despite being the best device we compare here, HTC Flyer is a just a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker device than the Galaxy Tab. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android operating system, but HTC Flyer has a more recent 3.2 version and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, so it offers a couple additional features and performance improvements.

HTC Flyer has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab, and although they both have 1 cpu cores, the HTC Flyer also has a graphics processor and more RAM memory. HTC Flyer counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab. They have exactly the same 600 x 1024 pixels resolution, a same size screen and a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.

HTC Flyer captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a much higher (HD) video definition and a back camera with a way higher 5 megapixels resolution. HTC Flyer counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab. Both of them have exactly the same internal memory.

The Galaxy Tab's battery life is just as good as HTC Flyer's battery duration.

Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
