Comparison review

The HTC Jetstream has a global score of 63.6, which is slightly better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 global score. Despite being the best tablet in this comparison, the HTC Jetstream is a much older, incredibly heavier and extremely thicker tablet than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Both tablets we are comparing have Android OS, but the HTC Jetstream has the older 3.1 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a lot better looking display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of screen. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a faster processing unit than HTC Jetstream, because it has more RAM, a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a much better 450 MHz graphics co-processor.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a slightly bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. HTC Jetstream counts with a much better battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

The HTC Jetstream captures a lot better videos and photos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the HTC Jetstream, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, giving up a couple features and specifications.
