Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a general score of 69.5, which is a bit better than the HTC Jetstream's general score of 63.6. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version and HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, counting with a couple additional features. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is newer, notably thinner and incredibly lighter than the HTC Jetstream.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a brighter screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixel density and a way higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. The HTC Jetstream has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 32 GB and more internal storage.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a bit superior CPU than HTC Jetstream, because it has more RAM memory, 2 more processing cores and a much better graphics processor. The HTC Jetstream counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has an 85% larger battery size.
The HTC Jetstream captures a little bit better photos and videos than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the HTC Jetstream also has a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
In addition to being the best tablet in our comparison, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also the cheapest.
