Comparison review
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a score of 73.3, which is much better than the HTC Jetstream's 63.6 global score. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, counting with some nice extra features and optimized performance. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's design is much newer, a lot thinner and a lot lighter than HTC Jetstream.
The HTC Jetstream and the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite both have quite similar displays, and although the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a way better pixels count per screen inch and a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200px, they both have a same size screen. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a much greater memory to install games and applications than HTC Jetstream, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a quite better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and 3 GB more RAM. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with just a bit better camera than HTC Jetstream. Both of them have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a back facing camera with an 8 megapixels resolution.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite counts with a little longer battery lifetime than HTC Jetstream, because it has a 7500mAh battery capacity.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite costs more money than the HTC Jetstream, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
