The HTC Jetstream is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a score of 63.6 against 57.6. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the HTC Jetstream has older 3.1 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even being the best tablet in this review, HTC Jetstream is a incredibly older, extremely heavier and extremely thicker tablet than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a bit more powerful processor than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of 1500 megahertz cores and a larger amount of RAM. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a slightly better display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher screen pixel density and a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD takes much better videos and photos than HTC Jetstream. They have the same resolution back-facing camera, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate. The HTC Jetstream features a little bit better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that admits 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage capacity.
The HTC Jetstream counts with a much better battery lifetime than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a 7300mAh battery capacity.
